Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Present various finance options including PCP and HP
- Help customers calculate monthly payments and compare costs
- Provide guidance on insurance requirements
- Offer warranties and maintenance services
- Ensure all transactions are conducted in compliance with regulations
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of finance products and policies
- Experience in selling and negotiating
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of vehicle types and features
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some sales or customer service experience preferred
