Part-Time Radiologic Technologist

About the Role

A Radiologic Technologist performs advanced imaging procedures to produce diagnostic images that assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and address their questions.
• Prepare and operate radiologic equipment, ensuring high-quality images.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring safety and functionality.
• Evaluate and document imaging results, presenting findings to healthcare teams.
• Follow safety protocols, including infection control and radiation safety.
• Collaborate effectively with medical staff and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• One year of radiologic technologist experience.
• Current Radiologic Technologist/Radiography license according to state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Qualifications

• Preferred: ARRT Certification.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use.
• Physical ability to handle equipment and perform procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
