Part-Time QSR Representative

About the role

Seeking a Restaurant Team Member responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include preparing and serving food in compliance with brand, company, and health regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring product quality and food safety standards. The role involves accurate cash handling, sales, and inventory recordkeeping, as well as adherence to safety laws and incident reporting following company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient guest service.
• Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.
• Prepare food items per standards and regulations.
• Follow safety and health codes, and complete incident reports when necessary.
• Contribute to team goals while embodying company values such as ownership and doing the right thing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, stand, walk, and work in hot/cold environments, with the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfort working near fryers, ovens, coolers, and in noisy conditions.
