Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to transport riders on dynamic routes.
• Follow in-app navigation to ensure timely and reliable trips.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service and assist riders with boarding as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks, maintain cleanliness, and report issues.
• Collaborate with dispatch and support teams to coordinate services.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Utilize Via’s driver app and tools to deliver efficient, data-driven transit experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

Safety-conscious with excellent customer service skills. Ability to operate vehicles responsibly and follow traffic laws. Comfortable using technology, including driver apps and navigation tools. Team-oriented with good communication skills.
