Part Time PTA

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality rehab services to geriatric and sub-acute residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to enhance safety and independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and educate patients and families about treatment plans.
• Contribute to a patient-focused environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, integrity, and professional growth.
