Part-Time PTA

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality rehabilitation services to geriatric and sub-acute residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to enhance safety and independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and progress.
• Contribute to a patient-centered, supportive environment emphasizing clinical excellence and professionalism.
