Part-time independent contractor (1099) position. Minimum of 1-2 weekends per month; Wednesdays are also available every week for an 8-hour day, if desired.
Responsibilities
- Initial evaluations
- Follow-up visits
- Progress notes
- E-prescribe medications
- Sign off paperwork
- Main responsibility: weekend rounding, including one weekend night of on-call coverage
Treatment Areas
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Mood disorders
- Some psychosis
- Substance abuse
Requirements
- Provide own malpractice insurance
- TN medical license, or ability to obtain
- Board-certified or board-eligible in General Psychiatry
