Part Time Psych APRN

Responsibilities

• Submit credentialing documentation for verification and onboarding, including all licensure documentation, psychiatric and medical evaluations, treatment, and prescribing duties for Calusa Recovery clients.
• Include the above documentation in the initial licensure application for the appropriate agency.
• Attend the annual QAPI meeting and serve on the interdisciplinary treatment team, consulting with onsite clinical and medical staff as needed.
• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring visits, and basic medical visits, and deliver all notes and observations directly to the supervising Physician.
• Operate under the sole and direct supervision of the Physician.

Requirements

• Provide workers’ compensation insurance for any employees hired to perform work under this agreement and furnish certificates upon client request.
• Maintain comprehensive liability insurance and malpractice coverage for the contractor and any personnel.
