About the Club

Champions Retreat Golf Club is a 27-hole private golf club located just minutes from Augusta, Georgia. This championship golf course brings together three of the greatest names in the game—Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, and Gary Player—each designing nine signature holes across 365 acres. The course features skyward Georgia pines, long-standing hardwoods, and wetlands along the Savannah River, combined with luxury Golf Cottages and a private, natural setting to offer a unique experience. Champions Retreat has hosted the Augusta National Women’s Amateur five times and will do so again in 2025.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations to all Club facilities.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of exterior and interior facilities and property grounds.
• Perform special projects as delegated by management.
• Complete daily checklists and report any area not meeting Club standards.

Requirements

• Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions without close, daily direction.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication.
• Willingness to go the extra mile, dedicating time and effort to achieve department goals with attention to detail and urgency.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to work some weekends, holidays, overtime, and be flexible with schedule changes.
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods in varying weather conditions, including inclement weather.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.
• May need to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and up to 50 lbs. frequently.
