Part-Time Promotions Assistant

About the role

Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Part-Time Promotions Assistant to support daily promotional activities and live events. The role involves working closely with promotions and sales teams, representing the brand at various events, and interacting with listeners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute promotions including live remotes, events, van hits, and street team activations
• Interact with listeners and clients while assisting with on-site prize giveaways
• Set up, break down, and transport promotional equipment such as tents, banners, sound systems, and prizes
• Drive promotional vehicles to and from events
• Capture photos and videos at events for client recaps and social media content
• Support event logistics and ensure promotions run smoothly from start to finish
• Represent Townsquare brands in a professional, engaging, and enthusiastic manner

Requirements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Comfort interacting with the public in fast-paced, live environments
• Basic to advanced familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move objects up to 40 pounds
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• High School Diploma (required)
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)
