Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
  • Analyze data trends to inform product development and improve user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including national security and law enforcement guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and functionalities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and databases.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
