Key Responsibilities
- May be responsible for the kitting, crating and/or bolt-up process.
- Maintain inventory counts of nuts, bolts, screws, metal, lumber, etc.
- Transport product, parts, and materials by using forklift, pallet jack, or crane.
- Understand and execute work orders provided by production leaders.
- Work supportively with the appropriate departments to meet quotas and goals.
- Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
- Follow all shop orders and blueprints.
- Able to use basic hand tools and read tape measure.
- Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.
- Additional duties may be assigned, dependent upon location and product line.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment is preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to troubleshoot problems and report issues.
- Must work well in a team environment.
Additional Information
- Based on department, may be required to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and electric pallet jack.
- The following certifications and training, if required, will be provided by the company: JSA completion, Forklift Operations, PPE identification and usage, Crane Training, hazard awareness/identification, Lift table operations, Rigging safety.

- Using hands to finger, handle or feel.
- Reaching with hands and arms above shoulder height.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
- Talking and hearing.
- Climbing, balancing, kneeling, reaching with hands and arms at waist level and below the waist, and working in limited space.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Work Environment
- Continuous exposure to moving mechanical parts and extreme heat.
- Occasional exposure to high places, fumes, or airborne particles and/or caustic chemicals.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
