Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment that benefits residents.
• Maintain care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
• Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.

Requirements

• LPN or LVN License required per state regulations.

Qualifications

Benefits

• Advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

Pay

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.

Schedule

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
