Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary medical care to patients of all ages
• Foster long-term relationships with patients and their families
• Contribute to the overall well-being of the Honeoye Falls community
• Participate in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model
• Collaborate with a wide range of medical experts and specialists at Rochester Regional Health

Requirements

• New York State Education Department (NYSED) - DO, MD Licenses / Certifications
• L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Family Medicine is preferred
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Ability to foster long-term relationships with patients and their families
• Strong leadership skills
