Part-Time Primary Care Physician

Role: Primary Care Physician responsible for delivering equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in neighborhood clinics. Responsibilities: Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient care; prescribing medications; maintaining electronic medical records; collaborating with leadership to meet quality goals; directing care teams with Practice Managers; and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: MD or DO degree; Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; active, unrestricted state license; DEA license; US work authorization. Preferred Skills: Geriatrics fellowship, experience with older populations, outpatient primary care, value-based care models, bilingual abilities, and teamwork skills.
