Part Time Primary Care Dietitian

About the role

This position is available as a part-time Registered Dietitian in Pasco, WA, at a community health center committed to holistic care.

Responsibilities

- Conduct nutritional assessments, screenings, and develop evidence-based recommendations for diverse medical conditions. - Utilize motivational interviewing and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize nutrition care. - Provide individual and group counseling, serve as a preceptor, and develop training materials. - Monitor compliance with quality metrics and community resources, participate in outreach, and document in electronic medical records.

Requirements

- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics. - RD eligibility or credential. - Bilingual skills preferred. - Certifications may be required based on duties.
