Part-Time Preschool Bus Driver - 14-Passenger Van - Non-CDL

Celebree School of Northbrook, 1200 Shermer Road, Northbrook, IL 60062
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (with 30-minute breaks between pick-ups and drop-off)
Start Date: As soon as background check clears

About the role

Part-Time Bus Driver position transporting preschool and school-age children to and from local schools and field trips in a 14-passenger school van.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from local elementary schools and scheduled activities
• Assist children with entering and exiting the vehicle safely
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle
• Communicate with school leadership regarding schedules or transportation needs

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Valid Illinois driver's license
• Comfortable driving a 14-passenger school van
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Friendly and patient with young children
• Ability to pass all required background checks and meet DCFS requirements
