Part Time Preschool Assistant

Guiding curious 2-4 year-olds through exciting discoveries.

Supporting rock-star lead teachers.

Creating smiles, giggles, and "AHA!" moments.

Supporting a nurturing classroom environment by supporting children's holistic development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Maintaining open communication with classroom colleagues.

Ensuring adherence to school policies.

Fostering an atmosphere of respect and positive reinforcement in the classroom.

What You'll Be Doing

• Traveling between district locations during the school day.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and successful background check.
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
• Post-secondary education in child development, early childhood education, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience working with preschool-age children.
• Experience working with diverse groups of children.

Pay and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $17.52/hour.
• Benefits: Eligible for over 30+ hours.

Work Schedule

• Early Learning School - T & Th - 8:15 am - 11:45 am
• Early Learning School - T-F - 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Gleason Lake - M-F - 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
• Greenwood - M-F - 7:00 am - 8:30 am
• Kimberly Lane - M-F - 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
