Part Time PM Sante Server
About the role
To be of service. Sell, deliver and account for products in the dining room in a manner consistent with the SMI standards. These tasks are to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Set and reset tables correctly within the Santé guidelines
- Proper and friendly service when in contact with all guests
- Aid servers in any way with supplies, food, and beverage
- Maintain extensive knowledge of menu, food preparation
- Serve from the cheese cart and maintain extensive knowledge of cheeses
- Expedite clean products to all areas
- Restock service stations
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service stations
- Perform side work duties
- Work open availability - PM shifts
