About the role
Part-Time PM Front Desk Associate
Location: Newport, OR 97365
Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Schedule: Weekends with flexible hours
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations during the evening shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Operate the lobby espresso bar, preparing and serving beverages to guests.
- Handle gift shop sales and maintain inventory as needed.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Aid with guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred.
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Flexible availability, especially on weekends.
- Valid Food Handlers Card.
- ORLA Permit required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
