About the role

Part-Time PM Front Desk Associate
Location: Newport, OR 97365
Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Schedule: Weekends with flexible hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations during the evening shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Operate the lobby espresso bar, preparing and serving beverages to guests.
  • Handle gift shop sales and maintain inventory as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
  • Aid with guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Flexible availability, especially on weekends.
  • Valid Food Handlers Card.
  • ORLA Permit required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
