Part Time Planner Tech

An individual in this position will assist in providing technical assistance to the Planning division.

Education, Experience, or Certification

• A high school diploma, GED certificate, associate’s degree, or higher is required.
• Current or recent enrollment in urban planning, construction management, or a closely related field at an accredited college or university is preferred.

Subject to 24-hour recall.

This position is part-time, contingent, seasonal, and temporary. Part-time workers do not receive benefits.

Examples of Work

• Provide effective, efficient, and responsive customer service by assisting walk-in customers.
• Receive, input, and process new plan and permit applications.
• Schedule and prepare pre-development and pre-application meeting conferences.
• Attend meetings as scheduled.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience
