About the role

Tutor Doctor of North Jersey is a renowned private tutoring company serving Northwest Bergen County and the surrounding area for over 15 years. We're passionate about helping students reach their full potential through personalized, one-on-one instruction. We're currently hiring dynamic, experienced Physics Tutors to provide in-home tutoring to high school and college students in Ridgewood, NJ and nearby communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to each student's learning style
• Tutor students in-home, with convenient scheduling around your availability
• Track student progress and submit session reports after each visit

Requirements

• Strong understanding of physics concepts (chemistry knowledge a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in physics, chemistry, or a related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Willingness to travel within a 10-15 mile radius of Ridgewood, NJ
