Part-Time Physics Tutor

About the role

Tutor Doctor of North Jersey is a renowned private tutoring company serving Northwest Bergen County and surrounding areas for over 15 years. We are passionate about helping students reach their full potential through personalized instruction. We are seeking dynamic and experienced physics tutors to provide in-home tutoring services to high school and college students in Ridgewood and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Tailor lessons to each student's unique learning style and needs (personalized instruction).
• Conveniently schedule sessions and tutor students in their homes in Ridgewood and surrounding areas.
• Monitor student progress and submit session reports.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of physics concepts (science and math expertise).
• Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in physics, chemistry, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willing and able to commute within a 10-15 mile radius of Ridgewood, NJ.
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping students succeed (passion for education).
