About the role
The Allergist is a vital part of our clinical staff, delivering a memorable patient experience while ensuring comfort and satisfaction. You’ll practice precision in allergy testing and treatment for patients aged 2 and above, collaborate with peers and clinical teams to keep the clinic running smoothly, and mentor staff through exceptional leadership.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage food and environmental allergy testing using Percutaneous and Intracutaneous methods.
- Deliver quality care during assessments, physical exams, and treatment options.
- Diagnose or treat allergic or immunologic conditions.
- Perform or order diagnostic tests (e.g., skin pricks, intradermal, patch).
- Administer SCIT injections and provide Oral Immunotherapy Treatment.
- Conduct intake and assessment of new patients, including requesting history and treatment plans from outside providers.
- Create and manage care/treatment plans for new patients.
- Direct patient care, including medical assessments and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on developments in Allergy/Immunology and share relevant information with the team.
- Oversee mid-level providers and participate in meetings as requested by the medical director.
- Manage caseload and complete charting within 48 hours of patient visits.
- Work collaboratively with team members to diagnose, manage, and evolve patient care.
- Travel to assigned sites and provide mentorship to clinical staff.
- Develop relationships with referring providers and the local medical community.
- Attend events with provider relationship reps to market Aspire and build credibility.
- Adhere to standard metrics for testing, treatment, and IOP conversions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- MD/DO with a minimum of two years of experience in Allergy.
- Experience in food allergy, including food challenges.
- Must be licensed in the state of the assigned clinic location (Texas).
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Allergy/Immunology.
- Valid driver’s license.
