Part Time Physical Therapy Technician

About the role

ProActive Physical Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician for their Rancho Bernardo clinic. The ideal candidate will be available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during patient exercises and treatments
• Guide patients through their visits, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
• Support the Front Office Coordinator by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and handling copays
• Maintain communication between providers, patients, and front office staff
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and stay detail-oriented

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Passionate about exercise, sports, anatomy, and physiology
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
• Comfortable with computer systems and software
• Willing to support and collaborate with teammates
• Eager to learn and grow, open to feedback, and always seeking improvement
• Prior experience in healthcare or exercise science preferred but not required
