About the role
Nelson Care Center in Alexandria, MN, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a Part-time Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on assessment findings.
- Perform therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and timely.
Requirements
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
