Part Time Phlebotomist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Phlebotomist II Float to perform blood collection duties across various patient centers and healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing
• Collecting specimens for drug screens, biometric screenings, and insurance exams
• Entering billing information and collecting payments as needed
• Mentoring, coaching, and supporting new staff members
• Traveling to different sites based on business needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical training preferred; phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, and WA
• At least three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Experience in a Patient Service Center environment and customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and data entry experience
