Part-Time Pharmacy Technician

About the role

We are seeking multiple Associate Pharmacy Technicians to join our team in a hospital setting, performing essential duties related to filling and dispensing medications, including unit dose, IV, and chemotherapeutic drugs. These roles require teamwork and alignment with our patient-centered philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately preparing and dispensing medications from the pharmacy to healthcare units
• Prioritizing telephone calls and managing urgent situations
• Assisting with IV admixture and aseptic techniques

Requirements

• Completion of a certified Pharmacy Technician Level A program or equivalent
• Washington Pharmacy Technician License
• Experience with call prioritization, urgent needs, and hospital pharmacy work
• Experience in IV preparation and aseptic techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year hospital pharmacy experience
