Responsibilities

  • Overall Management: Responsible for communication and ticketing processes to season ticket holders, the service center, general managers, marketing, and our partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in time management.
  • Service Excellence: Provide consistent "world-class" service to discriminating patrons through various channels (phone, in person, at events).

Duties

  • Ticketing and Event Management: Develop Box Office statements for each show, work with venues on forms and understanding, communicate inventory needs to the Ticketing Manager, serve as a backup to the Service Center sales staff, assist with renewals and new acquisitions, process upgrades/changes, assist with subscriber benefits, help keep venues involved, manage inventory, and handle holds and releases.
  • Communication and Service: Work closely with Regional Manager of Sales Operations, Ticketing Manager, General Management, Marketing Director, Service Center, and the Kentucky Center to ensure BAA–Theatrical standards are met and offer support and training to fulfill those standards. Support service initiatives by maintaining all email communication received from customers via BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com daily.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily sales reports for finance, understand and assist with daily ticket counts, and perform special reporting as required.
  • Performance Indicators: Positive and creative feedback from supervisors, managers, employees, and season ticket holders; Quality Assurance Results: Accuracy of box office statements, transactions, and daily balance sheets; Attendance: Adopting the company's service philosophy and committing to training and application.

  • $25.00/hour FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
