Responsibilities
- Answer phones and computers to intake patient information during registration.
- Collect and input patient and insurance information accurately and quickly.
- Work across multiple screens and programs to manage the registration process.
- Build rapport and address patients' fears, concerns, and questions with empathy.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, often on your feet, assisting patients.
- Handle a variety of health plans and coverage types, requiring knowledge through training.
- Work quickly and be ready to handle unexpected situations.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Preferably some medical experience.
Qualifications
- Up-to-date on all vaccinations.
- Pass a drug test.
- Pass a background check.
Skills
- Confidence in multi-tasking.
- Quick learning ability with technology.
- Ability to type and answer phones quickly.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $16.00 - $21.10 per hour, with individual pay determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
This is a part-time, PRN (as needed) position.
