Responsibilities

• Answer phones and computers to intake patient information
• Collect and input patient and insurance information accurately and quickly
• Work across multiple screens and programs
• Type and answer phones in a busy environment
• Help patients who may be very ill or worried
• Ask follow-up questions and build rapport in real time
• Work quickly and expect the unexpected

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service experience
• Preferably medical experience

Qualifications

• Up to date on all vaccinations
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a background check prior to hire

Pay

The base pay range for this role is $16.00 - $21.10 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

This is a part-time, PRN as needed/on-call position.
