Event Coordination

  • Coordinate and facilitate multiple events including children's birthday parties and other craft classes.
  • Create and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc. to company standards.
  • Communicate with clients and store team members about events.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork.
  • Adjust plans and events based on client feedback and needs.
  • Create backup or emergency plans to be executed as needed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events.
  • Set up, break down, and clean up after each event.

    Customer Service

    • Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
    • Provide fast and friendly checkout experience.
    • Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
    • Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
    • Participate in Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
    • Support shrink and safety programs.
    • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
    • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations.
    • Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members.

    Operational Tasks

    • Complete operational tasks including truck unload, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards as needed.
    • Participate in daily store cleanliness activities including (but not limited to) sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness of restrooms.
    • Perform Store in Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
