Part Time PAID Soccer Coach

About the role

Soccer Shots Central Iowa is a youth soccer organization for children 2 – 8 years old. We provide soccer sessions in childcare centers, preschools, and public spaces. This job offers a unique opportunity to impact children's lives through soccer, fostering a community of like-minded individuals who prioritize relationships, culture, and fun.

Responsibilities

• Run 30 – 45 minute soccer sessions for children at schools, parks, and public spaces
• Create an awesome experience for each and every child
• Act silly - pretend to be pirates, astronauts, or animals
• Give lots of high fives and encouragement
• Be a superhero to children on a daily basis

Requirements

• Pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and background check
• Have your own reliable car
• Work with little supervision once you get your schedule

Pay

Pay starts at $18 for each 30 minute session. Coaches with Saturday morning availability are prioritized.

Schedule

You’ll commit to the entire season, which is very important given the age of children we work with.
