About the role

Lead Package Handler responsible for supervising the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. Collaborates with managers to train new hires, support operational metrics, and ensure safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise package handling operations, including offloading and sorting.
• Train team members on safe and accurate procedures.
• Provide feedback to improve performance.
• Inspect packages for safety and proper handling.
• Oversee package operations, train staff, support business metrics, and ensure safety and quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience or training.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
