Part Time Package Delivery Driver

About the role

Part-time package delivery drivers drive UPS’s familiar brown trucks, delivering packages to customers. This is a physically active, fast-paced role that involves outdoor work and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages safely and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service
• Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a DOT physical

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required; type varies by state)
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Strong driving and customer service skills

Schedule

Part-time with potential for full-time hours based on operational needs. Shift is Tuesday–Saturday, with start times typically around 9 AM (varies).

Pay

Base pay of $26.89 per hour.

Note: Full-time UPS delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
