About the role

As a Security Officer – Concierge you will build meaningful connections with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Your natural ability to engage with others will reassure and inspire confidence.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• New York Security License required

Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
