Part Time Overnight Processor/Stocker

Responsible for

• Engaging and interacting with all customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy
• Accurately ringing customer purchases/returns and counting change
• Promoting credit and loyalty programs
• Processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor
• Initiating and participating in store recovery
• Maintaining organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards
• Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback
• Supporting store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Maintaining a safe environment

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred
