Position Description

The Overnight Care Staff is responsible for providing services to children and adolescents as determined by the interdisciplinary treatment team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise residents and ensure their safety during bedtime hours.
  • Complete routine visual checks on all residents at least every 30 minutes, and more frequently as needed.
  • Document nightly checks and significant information about residents.
  • Maintain the living environment to promote positive health and hygiene.
  • Maintain residents' basic and emotional needs according to their treatment or assessment plans.
  • Recognize and adjust communication to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse others.
  • Demonstrated reliability, with an ability to follow through on commitments and expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving and observation skills.

Pay

This is a part-time position with a consistent schedule of three nights per week, Friday-Sunday 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
