Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 15 client visits per week
  • Cookordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • On track to obtain licensure in their designated field (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, LP, etc.)
  • Ability to work in office on Saturdays
  • Ability to work remotely during weekday hours and Sundays

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in office on Saturdays

  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
  • Ability to collect co-payments
