About the role

We are seeking a compassionate mental health clinician to join our team on a contract basis to provide outpatient therapy services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions.
  • Develop treatment plans and track progress in accordance with clinical and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with specialists, staff, and client families as appropriate.
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation in line with licensing board and organizational standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings as needed.

Requirements

  • Candidates must hold an active North Carolina clinical license or associate-level license (LCMHCA, LCSWA, LMFTA, or equivalent).
  • We support professional growth and provide clinical supervision for associate-level therapists pursuing full licensure.
