Join the Utz Quality Foods team as a Part-Time Outlet Store Associate at our Factory Outlet Store in Hanover, PA. This fun and flexible role involves interacting with customers, restocking and selling delicious products, and assisting in the Mail Order Department as needed. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchase transactions and decisions by providing excellent customer service.
• Prepare the cash register daily, complete monetary transactions, and process product returns.
• Ensure food safety in all areas of the store.
• Complete daily tasks to maintain merchandising and product movement throughout the day.
• Merchandise all areas of the Retail Store, including product, novelties, and clearance items.
• Move pallets of product around the warehouse, store, and backstock.
• Label and sticker products according to promotions.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the Retail Store.
• Work up to 28 hours per week, including a required weekend shift.

Retail Store hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, open 7 days a week.

Requirements

• Interpersonal and customer service skills for interacting with customers and associates.
• Cash handling and register skills.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow directions to accomplish multiple tasks at a fast pace.
• Able to use a pallet jack.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Daily lifting and ability to move up to 10 pounds, and infrequently up to 25 pounds.
• Must be available to work one weekend day in addition to weekday daytime hours.
