Responsibilities

• Recommend gear and products to customers
• Take care of customers and communities
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and peers

Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 12 worked hours (2 shifts) per week, one regular weekend shift, and closing shift availability
• Moderate to heavy (10-30+lb) lifting, bending, and reaching overhead
• Substantial communication with customers
• Work in a retail setting with product displays, stockroom with inventory, use of cutting devices to break down boxes, and potentially slippery surfaces
