We are seeking a Part-Time Organizer to support community organizing efforts in Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about grassroots engagement and social change.
Responsibilities
- Engage with community members to identify needs and priorities.
- Plan and execute organizing events, meetings, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with volunteers and partner organizations.
- Track and report progress on organizing goals.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in community organizing, advocacy, or related fields is a plus.
