Part Time Order Shopper, 4 AM - 12:30 PM

About the role

This position will be responsible for fulfilling a customer’s online curbside order. This is a part-time position in the Curbside (online order shopping) department. The early morning shift starts at 4 AM. Full weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) is required and must be indicated in the availability questionnaire portion of the application. Pay rate is $14.50 /hr.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift
• Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first approach
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred
• Past cashier experience preferred
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and dependable
• Process‑driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way
• Past online ordering experience a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
