About the opportunity
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care across three established outpatient clinic locations in Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and Naples, FL.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
- Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions
- Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans
- Partner with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
- Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida optometry license
- Experience with senior populations preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments
Schedule
- Fort Myers: Every other week, with potential to increase to 3×/month
- Port Charlotte: 1×/month
- Naples: 1×/month
- Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- No nights
- No weekends
- No billing or administrative responsibilities
About the opportunity
This is not a high-volume retail model. Our optometrists are embedded within established clinics and represent CMC directly at each partner location.
