Part-Time Optometrist | Outpatient Clinic Setting

About the role

Come join Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC), a family-founded healthcare organization with over 25 years of experience, as a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) in Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and Naples, FL.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions
• Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans
• Partner with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
• Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Active Florida optometry license
• Experience with senior populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Qualifications

• Schedule: Fort Myers - Every other week, with potential to increase to 3×/month
  Port Charlotte - 1×/month
  Naples - 1×/month
• Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• No nights
  No weekends
• No billing or administrative responsibilities

$950 per visit
