About the role

Optometric Physicians of Middle Tennessee is seeking a part-time Associate Optometrist passionate about providing the highest level of patient-centric care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as compassion for patient health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye and vision care to patients in a fast-paced, multi-location practice
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of Optometrists to create new business opportunities
• Participate in clinical studies and integrate new technologies and innovative treatments to enhance patient care
• Work closely with patients to select proper frames for cosmetic, lifestyle, and vision needs
• Enjoy a family-friendly experience with access to the latest styles of eyewear in the optical boutique

Requirements

• Optometry license in the state of Tennessee
• Experience in private and/or retail setting (preferred)
• Residency training (not required)

• Committed to continuous skill development through mentorship with experienced doctors
