Key Responsibilities

  • Process Customer Orders: Monitor order management systems, prioritize and process orders, ensure accuracy, package items, update system in real-time.
  • Staging Orders: Organize orders, label clearly, store cold and frozen items, minimize wait times, alert management of delays.
  • Customer Interactions: Greet customers, verify identity, retrieve and review orders, process payments, provide accurate change, thank customers, offer information on future orders or promotions.
  • Curbside General Housekeeping: Keep areas clean, sanitize surfaces, maintain supplies, report issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, handle inquiries and complaints, communicate order changes, substitute items, inform about store policies, escalate issues, stay informed about promotions and product information.
  • Stocking and Inventory Support: Monitor inventory, assist in restocking, follow stock rotation procedures, assist with deliveries and storage.
  • U-boat Retrieval: Check parking lot for stray carts, return them to designated areas, ensure carts are clean and organized.

Additional Duties

  • Support store-wide initiatives, including marketing, merchandising, and training new team members.
  • Participate in inventory counts and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the store.

Safety and Compliance

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards, use proper hand washing and glove techniques, use safe lifting techniques.
  • Participate in safety training and follow emergency procedures.

Communication

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and leadership.
  • Share customer feedback and collaborate with other departments.
