Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and effectiveness.Coordinate patient care activities, prioritize patient flow, and maintain thorough documentation.Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns, providing education, and promoting satisfaction.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.Mentor colleagues, foster professional growth, and uphold standards of confidentiality, safety, and professionalism. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.Valid RN license (single state or multi-state Compact).Current BLS certification.Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
