Part-Time On-Site Marketing

Job Summary

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprising Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. The Wiltern is seeking an On-Site Marketing Crewmember to oversee photography, update concert visuals, assist with media management, and capture Night of Show content for social media.

What This Role Will Do

• Espouse and direct approved photographers and videographers to the designated area for each show
• Create and post real-time coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages (Instagram Stories)
• Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams
• Maintain a responsive presence on comments and direct messages
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, features, and best practices
• Collaborate with the house photographer to ensure quality content is captured
• Work with the Premium Seating, Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage departments to highlight specific venue offerings
• Afford general venue responsibilities as determined by the General Manager

What This Person Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional)
• Musical knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred
• Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The expected compensation for this position is $17.87 USD - $20.00 USD hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
